In a conversation with The Fall Guy stars, Kevin McCarthy shared how much he loved the 2023 film, Oppenheimer, which featured Blunt as Kitty Oppenheimer. “Emily I saw Oppenheimer 10 times in theatres,” he told the actress.
Blunt graciously acknowledged the praise, saying, “I love that,” while Gosling seemed to be eagerly awaiting to learn McCarthy’s viewing count for Barbie, which was released concurrently with the biographical thriller.
When McCarthy disclosed that he had seen Barbie only “three times” Gosling couldn’t resist remarking, “You see—there’s such a hierarchy with you.” Blunt, however, did not miss the opportunity to playfully tease her co-star.

In a recent interview with TODAY, The Notebook star shared that his daughters refer to Blunt as Mary Poppins, her character from the 2018 film Mary Poppins Returns.
“My kids call her Mary Poppins,” he shared as he recalled a conversation with them, “You’re working with Mary Poppins today?’ Yes, I am.” The 43-year-old actor has two daughters Esmeralda and Amada, whom he shares with his wife Eva Mendes.
